These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the AEMFix website at aemfix.com and to all AEMFix services. MarketGrowth CX LLC ("AEMFix", "we", "us") operates AEMFix. When you use our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AEMFix.
1. Our services
AEMFix provides these services:
- AI visibility tracking. We send questions to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Claude. Then we report when those tools mention your brand.
- Content tools. We research topics, write articles and publish them to your website when you connect it.
- AEO & GEO Starter Package. A one-time service. We create schema.org structured data (JSON-LD) for your business page.
AEMFix is not yet available to all users. We add waitlist members in groups. We can change the features of a plan before launch.
2. No guarantee of AI results
AI tools create their answers themselves. We do not control them. Their answers change from one request to the next.
So we do not guarantee that any AI tool will mention, recommend or cite your brand. We also do not guarantee a search ranking, an amount of traffic or an amount of revenue. Our reports show data from past scans. They do not predict future answers.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 years or older and able to make a contract.
- You must give us correct information and keep it current.
- You must keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity in your account.
- If you use AEMFix for a business, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that business.
4. Plans, trials and payment
- Subscriptions. Plans renew each month or each year, as you select. We charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
- Free trial. Each plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, we do not charge you. If you do not cancel, your paid plan starts when the trial ends.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not give partial refunds for unused time, unless the law requires them.
- Price changes. We will tell you before a price change affects your plan. The new price applies from your next billing period.
- Payment processing. Stripe processes our payments. We do not store your full card number.
- Taxes. Prices do not include taxes unless we say so. You must pay any taxes that apply.
5. AEO & GEO Starter Package
The AEO & GEO Starter Package is a one-time service. After you pay, we ask you for your business information. Then we create the structured data and send you the code. A person reviews all the work.
You are responsible for giving us correct business information. You are also responsible for adding the code to your website, unless we agree in writing to do it for you. For refund requests, email support@aemfix.com.
6. Your content and your website
- You keep ownership of your content, your brand and your website.
- You give us permission to use your content only to provide the services to you.
- You own the articles and code that we create for you after you pay for them.
- You must review content before you publish it, or you must select automatic publishing. If you select automatic publishing, you accept responsibility for the published content.
- When you connect a website, you give us permission to publish content and add structured data to that website.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use AEMFix to:
- Break any law or any right of another person.
- Publish false, misleading, harmful or infringing content.
- Send spam or manipulate reviews.
- Attack, overload, copy or reverse engineer our services.
- Get access to accounts or data that are not yours.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
8. Our intellectual property
We own the AEMFix software, name, logo and website. These Terms do not give you ownership of them. You can use our services only as these Terms allow.
9. Third-party services
AEMFix works with third-party services, such as AI tools, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and Stripe. Their own terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their actions or availability.
10. Disclaimer
We provide AEMFix "as is" and "as available". To the full extent that the law allows, we disclaim all warranties that the law does not require. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the full extent that the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. This includes lost profits, lost revenue and lost data.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount that you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Termination
You can stop using AEMFix at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. When your account ends, we delete your data as our Privacy Policy describes.
13. Changes to these Terms
We can update these Terms. We will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the product before it applies.
14. Governing law
The laws of the State of California, United States, govern these Terms. Courts in Santa Clara County, California, have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law requires a different place.
