This Privacy Policy tells you how MarketGrowth CX LLC ("AEMFix", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information. It applies to the aemfix.com website and to all AEMFix services.
1. Information that we collect

2. How we use information
- To add you to the waitlist and contact you about launch.
- To provide, maintain and improve AEMFix.
- To process payments and send receipts.
- To answer your support requests.
- To send service messages, such as billing and security notices.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to obey the law.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Service providers
We share information only with service providers that help us operate AEMFix. They can use it only to provide their service to us.
- Web3Forms receives waitlist form submissions and sends them to us by email.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this website. Your browser sends your IP address to Google when it loads the fonts.
- Our hosting provider stores and serves the website.
- AI providers receive the questions that we send to measure AI visibility. We do not include your personal information in these questions.
We can also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
4. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising cookies. It stores your light or dark theme setting in your browser's local storage. You can clear this setting in your browser at any time.
5. How long we keep information
We keep waitlist information until launch, or until you ask us to delete it. We keep account information while your account is active. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information.
- Give you a copy of your information.
- Stop sending you marketing email.
To make a request, email support@aemfix.com. We will reply within 30 days. We do not treat you differently when you use these rights. If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) can also give you these rights. The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) amended the CCPA.
8. Children
AEMFix is a business service. It is not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
9. Where we process data
We operate in the United States. Our service providers can process data in the United States and in other countries.
10. Changes to this policy
We can update this policy. We will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the product.
