- Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), billing details processed by our payment provider.
- Waitlist submissions: name, email, and any message you provide through our waitlist form.
- Website and content data: the URLs you connect, site metadata, keywords, generated content, and publishing history.
- Usage data: log data, device and browser information, pages visited, and feature usage.
- Integration data: tokens and configuration needed to publish to platforms you connect (for example WordPress). We store only what is required to operate the integration.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the Service: running AI visibility scans, keyword analysis, content generation, and publishing.
- To manage accounts, billing, trials, and support.
- To send service communications and, with your consent, product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the Service, monitor performance, and prevent abuse.
3. How Scans Work
To measure your AI visibility, we send prompts related to your brand and industry to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, and Anthropic) and analyze their responses. These prompts describe your public brand and market; we do not include your account credentials or private customer data in scan prompts.
4. Sharing and Processors
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, including cloud hosting and database providers, AI model providers, search-data providers, payment processors, and email delivery services, each bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and where required by law.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences (such as your theme choice) and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards as required for legal, billing, and security purposes. Scan results and generated content are retained per your plan limits and deleted upon verified account deletion requests.

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. 8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated per-account data with row-level security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
